這篇貼文雖然包含公司機密，但也沒什麼不能分享的，重點不是做法或資源，而是不曾懈怠的實踐。我想藉此說明前景娛樂學員的具體工作內容。前景娛樂自創立初始，就一直有暑期的人才培育，已經20個年頭了，但從2019年下半年開始，我著手規劃了學期間的在學實習計畫，建立更完整的實習架構與課程，至今已經辦過五期，每一期三到四個月。2022年暑期的培育學員目前正在招募中，相關辦法與人才培育內容在前景娛樂的官網有著非常完整的說明，點選下方button都可以連結到相關資訊。6月17日截止報名，先遞交。
在未來的一兩週，我會利用五、六篇的貼文來完整說明前景娛樂的培育學園到底需要做什麼，能學到什麼。根據我的判斷，我底下要說的，任何電影學校大概都沒教。前景的培育內容專注在兩點：國際、實作。工作內容幾乎全是國際事務，課程老師也有大量的國際專業人士。前景的實習生分成兩組，項目開發組與行銷發行組。我今天來說說開發組的大致工作內容，下一篇我再來說明know-how。
第一張截圖是前景娛樂在2021年參與的全部創投與媒和市場，大部分是海外的活動平台，但也有台灣的活動。總共33個，平均一個月要進行三個創投的項目閱讀、討論、線上或線下洽商，幾乎全部都是英文，類型涵蓋了劇本與融資階段的劇情長片、紀錄長片、動畫長片、VR、動畫劇集、真人劇集項目，以及處於後製階段、尋求gap finance與發行/影展首映的WIP項目。開發部的同事收到創投市場寄來的資料之後就會盤點項目，分配給學員來閱讀與搜尋資料。
第二張截圖的範例是去年威尼斯影展的Venice Production Bridge創投會寄來的三本手冊的封面，每個大單元又分成一些小單元，加起來將近150個項目，約莫會分給四到六個人來閱讀。聽起來很嚇人，但閱讀起來其實不會花那麼多的時間，因為官方提供的資料都不多，花時間的部分反而是搜尋、觀看、思考與討論。
第三張截圖是前景開發部針對創投項目的制式表格，清楚列出了每一個項目的重點。大部分的資訊看列表名稱就能理解，但我特別在意總預算、已到位資金、類型、製片公司的特殊合作需求、導演表述與導演前作的連結。其中，最難的是導演表述這個部分，在討論的會議中，每次我聽完項目敘述，進一步提問核心問題時，學員最容易卡關的就是這個部分。其實真的非常非常難，有時連我也不理解特別抽象的導演表述。
第四張是出版媒和的資訊整理。通常，出版社提供的資訊更少，於是實習生需要仰賴網路搜尋某一本書的評價、聲量、作者前作成就等等。第五張和第六張是典型的創投項目資料。做為一個進階的製片人，我會特別注意已到位的資金的來源與比例，因為那是國際合製的關鍵，但這個部分實習生就很難理解了，能做的就是清楚的紀錄。實習生將資料閱讀整理好之後，那只是一個開端，接下來我就會進場聆聽與提問，那也是實習生能學到最多關鍵知識的時刻。這是一個非常難的環節，因為培育學員幾乎是要提案給我，讓我在極短的時間內明瞭項目精髓，真的不容易。我公司的開發部正職人員有能力利用30秒、一分鐘、三分鐘或20分鐘講同一個故事給我聽，這是長期訓練的結果。這也將會是前景開發部實習生三到四個月裡不斷重複練習的事情 – 講故事，而這就是電影開發的核心。下次再說討論環節的know-how.歡迎將暑期人才培育招募的網站連結與本貼文轉給有興趣、有能力、想探索電影產業的生涯與想充分學習的學生。
